Navra (“the App”) is developed and operated by CindysFamily LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Navra.

1.1 Trip & Budget Data (On-Device)

Navra stores trip details, budgets, and related information locally on your device so the app can function properly.

1.2 iCloud / CloudKit Sync (Optional)

If enabled, Navra uses Apple’s CloudKit framework to sync your trip data across your Apple devices via your iCloud account.

Data is stored in your personal iCloud container
We do not have access to your iCloud data
Data is associated with your Apple ID, not with us

1.3 Apple-Provided Services

Navra may use Apple-provided services such as:

StoreKit for in-app purchases (if applicable)

Any payment information is processed directly by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

1.4 No Third-Party Analytics or Ads

Navra does not use third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

No ads. No profiling. No tracking.

2. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, we do not use personal information for marketing, advertising, or profiling. Data stored on your device or in iCloud is used solely to provide core app functionality.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

3.1 On Your Device

Trip and budget data is stored locally on your device.

3.2 In Your iCloud Account (If Enabled)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account through Apple’s CloudKit service.

3.3 No Company Servers

We do not operate backend servers that store your trip or budget data.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. Information may only be processed by Apple services you choose to use (e.g., StoreKit or iCloud).

5. Data Retention

Local data remains until you delete the app.
iCloud data remains in your iCloud account until removed by you.
Purchase records are managed by Apple.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may delete local data by uninstalling the app.
You may disable iCloud sync in iOS settings.
You may restore purchases using the app’s restore feature.

7. Children’s Privacy

Navra is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We do not store personal data on our servers. You are responsible for securing access to your device and Apple ID.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of any updates.
